  2. When you use the ‘parking app’ we hold, control and process your data to enable us to manage parking spaces at King Edward Bay House. This personal data will include details such as your name, car reg plate, phone number and email address.
In the context of the Data Protection Regulations, we will process your data under the following legal bases:
  1. To fulfil the legitimate interests of Utmost to enable effective management of the parking spaces at Utmost Offices.
  2. To fulfil the legitimate interests of Utmost PanEurope to enable effective logging of user office locations.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

  1. Your personal data will be stored, and accessible, in our business systems up until the day that you leave the company and the data will then be removed, however, if it is, for whatever reason, not able to be removed it will then be anonymized automatically.

  1. To ensure the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date, please update it, through the ‘parking app’, if it changes.
